The calendar below is updated bi-weekly as a reference for potentially available days for field trip bookings. Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is subject to specific group needs.

Please describe the space where the lab will be completed. A space away from food or drink is required, preferably without carpet. Indicate number of lab tables, regular desks, access to electricity, etc. Consider uploading a photo of the space if preferred.*

Does your site have lab coats available for all students to use during the field trip?*
Does your site have access to ice (enough to fill buckets for lab activities)?*
What time can BTC Institute instructors arrive to start setting up the lab? Generally, 1 hour is needed to set up prior to the field trip.*
Outline your planned field trip schedule and provide necessary time details related to scheduling around your school's daily schedule like breaks or lunch, as we can often schedule around these.*
Instructors will arrive with a cart of necessary lab supplies - please share any parking or entry advice related to the visit.*
