Alisa (she/her) serves as the Office Administrator for the BTC Institute. In her role, she ensures the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, manages accounting tasks, and provides essential support to staff and visitors.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from Edgewood University in 2019. While taking classes, she worked as a Course Coach for the Cutting-Edge Program at Edgewood, supporting students with varying abilities in academic and campus life. She also spent a semester abroad in Liverpool, England, an experience that strengthened her adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills while deepening her appreciation for global perspectives.
After graduation, Alisa served as the Communications and Media Assistant at Camp Createability, a non-profit organization that empowers individuals with all abilities through training in film, media, and technology. Her work included content creation, digital communications, and website development – blending her communication skills with her passion for accessibility and inclusion. She brings a strong sense of purpose to her role, helping foster a productive and welcoming environment aligned with the BTC Institute’s mission.
